Store Policies
International Shipping
International Shipping is available upon request.
VAT, or value-added tax, is sales tax based on the consumption of goods and services that are commonly found in the EU and select other regions of the world.
In cases where physical goods are shipped cross-border between countries or states, please be aware that additional duties and taxes may apply. This will be the responsibility of you, the buyer, to pay.
Lead time and Custom Orders
I will do my best to get a custom order done in a time frame that works for you! If I don't think I can get it done by the date you've specified, I will let you know up front before you pay anything or we start the process. Because I want to make sure you love your custom order, we may also go through one or more back and forth conversations regarding edits. Edits happen when I send you a photo of a small painting I've completed in order to show you my plan for the painting. At this point, you may request a change of color or other element. I will re-do the painting and send a photo of the new plan to you. Depending on how long it takes to receive your approval, the completion may be delayed. If you ever have questions about the delivery time or want to make sure it arrives by a certain date, please let me know.
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns/Exchanges
I want customers to LOVE their pieces, so I am happy to accept returns and exchanges received within 30 days of purchase. As long as items are returned in the condition which they left my studio, you will receive a full refund (or exchange if you prefer). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you prefer to exchange the item you purchased with another item from my shop, I will be happy to exchange it for an available item of equal cost or apply the amount you paid to another order.
Custom orders and framed orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
