Store Policies


Between the Evergreens is dedicated to doing everything within our power to keep you safe during this time. Studio and stock are sanitized before packaging and delivery to the shipping partner. Home deliveries (local to Atlanta) are carefully made through no contact methods such as porch drops in discrete locations (e.g. behind a planter next to the door). We will follow your requests for local drop off and all other orders will be made and packaged with your health in mind. 

Lead time

Most orders within one to two business days with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders can be completed in as little as two weeks depending on the process which can varies depending on whether or not other custom orders are ahead of yours and how many edits need to be made to your order (upon your request) before completion. If you ever have questions about the delivery time or want to make sure it arrives by a certain date, please let me know


I want customers to LOVE their pieces so I am always happy to accept returns and exchanges. As long as items are returned undamaged and in the condition which they left my studio, you will receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. I will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want! If you are local to Atlanta, I am happy to deliver artwork priced above $100 to your home for your to preview before purchasing. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are pre approved by you before receipt. 


Our standard shipping for domestic orders is USPS which arrives in 3-5 business days. USPS Priority Express is also available for domestic orders. For international orders we ship either First-Class Mail or Priority Mail Express (your choice). If these options don't work for you let me know and I can set up special shipping.
