One of the most amazing things to see at White Sand Dunes National Park was the sky. It looked dark in comparison to the blindingly white sands! Even with sunglasses, I found myself squinting to look around. I was surprised by all that lives in this place that seems so unlivable. Grasses, trees, and lizards all seem happy to call these constantly-changing dunes home.
I have left the edges of this painting unfinished to add a natural border. Painting can be hung from wooden frame (not wired) to sit flush against the wall.
